Shipping & Returns


Hey girl, let’s make this quick and easy! We want you to love your Eden purchases, so if it didn’t work out, let’s get you a credit for something else. 




  • Items may be returned for store credit.
  • We don’t offer refunds or exchanges.
  • Store credit will be given for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise (see eligibility requirements below). Store credit does not expire and can be used to purchase the same item in a different size or a completely different item. We do not offer refunds. 
  • Shipping will be not be refunded on any returned items and is the responsibility of the customer when shipping back to us.
  • Returns must be post marked within 14 days of the date you receive your shipment. No exceptions. Any returns postmarked after 14 days of the date you receive it will be rejected and you will be required to pay a reshipping fee to receive your merchandise back.
  • Discounted (sale merchandise) and accessory items are final sale and non-returnable. 
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages that you’ve shipped back to us. So please track and/or insure your package to your level of comfortability. 




  • In order to return merchandise, it must be in original, unused condition with tags attached. 
  • If an items has stains, smells of smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return and you will be responsible for the reshipping fee if you want the item shipped back to you.
  • You must include your packing slip with your return.




We inspect each piece carefully before shipping, but if we missed something, we want to make it right! Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 5 days of receipt. If we do not receive notification within 5 days, the return will be rejected for a store credit. Here’s the process:


  • Use your smartphone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to, including the tag in the image showing it’s still attached. 
  • Indicate “defective” or “damaged” in the subject line. 
  • Include the first and last name on your Eden account, order # and item code.
  • You’ll receive a response from our support team within 48 hours. 




If you’re ready to move forward with a return, here’s the process:


  1. Login to and select My Account.
  2. Click Completed to see a list of your completed orders.
  3. Find the order you wish to return, then click Return Item(s) next to View Order Details.
  4. Complete the Return Request Form & Submit.
  5. Ship your purchase back as directed in the Return Request Form along with a copy of your packing slip.
  6. You’ll be notified when the credit is applied to your account.
